Dave,

Most likely the upper control arm bushing.Annoying but not really a serious problem.Eventually it may need replacing but I wouldn't worry too much.

My LH side one started squeaking when the van was only about 1 year old.Each service I had some spray grease put in there and it usually shut it up 'till it was almost due for the next service.Eventually enough must have got in there as it's quiet all the time now.... (but it did take a while)
