Sorta consolidating 2 messages that didn't get through last week.

I finally finished the "how-to" article on servicing CV-Joints. I started this alsmost 2 years ago. Let's see...1 weekend to do the job, 103 weekends to write up the documentation. Just like work!

To get to the CV-Joints page, head to http://www.relitech.com/tomc/tomvw.htm and choose "Tech Articles" then the CV Joint page.

I have also been working on my Crew Cab. I dropped it off last night for the Maryland State safety inspection. I also call this the "MD State Rejection", as many mechanics like to fail cars with the hopes that they will get to do the work nesc to make the car pass. I know I need to fix the parking brake, and one of my upper balljoints has a torn boot...that will prolly fail as well. If I need to replace the joint, I'll do another tech article for my page...maybe look for it 2 years from now? ;)

The Crew has expired tags now, but even if I can't get it through inspection, I'm driving it to Tom Forhan's T2-fest on Sunday! Hope to see some of you there!

Take care! TomC
