It sure sounds like you have a leak at your propane regulator. FIRST, keep the main valve off to prevent an explosion or fire. Second, if you don't want to work on it yourself you can try an RV service shop or a propane dealer. If they don't have the correct regulator to fit, then you can call Euro-American RV Products at 818-760-4214. Don't mess with trying to repair the regulator unless you know what you are doing.
