I ran into a similar problem with my 1986 syncro westy. Turns out the that the outer layer shielding on the Ox sensor cable was intermittently grounding the inner Ox sensor signal wire. This was causing the motor to run super rich. Nick Kalman 1986 Syncro Westy 1983 Jetta 1995 Passat |
