Used the plain old PSA backed velcro (3/4" X 1.5"). Works ok, but does make a disconcerting ripping noise when you do finally pull out the table. Check the bottom of the vertical portion of the arm (down inside the cupboard) to make sure that it is properly located on its base. I used beeswax rahter than loctite on the handscrewss to provide a bit (small) of resistance to backing out.
