Follow your speedometer cable from your left wheel towards the instrument dash. About 1/2 way there is a "box"-this is the counter. You may need to drop the spare tyre to access it.There is a button that you push in using a nail or something longish to reset the O2 light. Hope this helps GerryR -----Original Message----- From: Richard Golen <rgolen@UMASSD.EDU> To: vanagon@VANAGON.COM <vanagon@VANAGON.COM> Date: Wednesday, December 09, 1998 5:24 PM Subject: How to reset Oxy Sensor light on 84??
Hi,
As I was about .5 miles from home the OXY light came on. The PO replaced the sensor about 10k miles ago, so I am assuming that the "miles counter" for the sensor was not reset. How do I reset the counter so I can shut off the light?
Thanks in advance. Ric |
