Subject: GERRY's EMIGRATION TO THE NORTHERN TRIBES!

Volks, GERRY, apparently, is in transit to reside amongst our Northern neighbors! My hopes are that GERRY will not be subjected to Canadian Customs for the purposes of downloading his/her memories of those Canadians who have possibly breached Canadian laws concerning "hate speech"!!!

Down here, in the Good 'Ole USA, we still have some semblance of a 1st Amendment of our Constitution, but, after reading the Canadian Constitution, I fear for our Northern Brethren when it comes to any amongst them who make the fatal mistake of referring to such "hatefully" loaded comments as substandard parts made in "Red China", via "slave labor", sold, officially, by "murderers" and other such facts that abound today.

Could our Canadian neighbors, who criticize parts for our Vanagons made down in Mexico or Brazil be prosecuted, under the terms of NAFTA, for making disparaging remarks about Vanagon parts coming from either of those countries, when comparing them to Vanagon parts coming out of Europe or Tennessee???

Under Canadian Law, who can say, for sure! I only bring this up because of clients of mine who have given up trying to trek up to Canada to hunt wild game because of the perplexing laws they have there concerning the transport of guns into Canada AND the reading of weird stuff about Canadian politics at http://www.wired.com/news/news/politics/story/16525.html which scares me.
