Is this for real??? Freeway on-ramps with traffic light controls??? How do they work/what purpose do they serve??? Do you use those South African flamethrowers to deal with these grasshoppers???

Uh, is this a Friday thing or perhaps I have been living in the wilds of rural Maine too long and I should get out more???

Here in Maine rush hour traffic is five cars backed up at the light. And in Hampden (pop 6,700) a recent hot, divisive political issue was the addition of a third traffic light to town roads. My wife says things are too crowded these days and it is time to get out of the big city.......

Happy Holidaze to all!

Tony
