I agree that Ken is a good resource, and though you may not need any parts, there is often someone on the list looking for them. You can always delete the message and not read it. I brought up an idea a couple of weeks ago regarding selling used parts over this list. I feel that anyone who advertises parts over the Vanagon list should be prepared to stand by them. It is easy to have a disagreement over the condition of a used part, and the seller should be willing to take that part back if the buyer pays for the shipping. Note: (this has nothing to do with a recent post where the seller accused the buyer of sending back the wrong part) If the buyer and seller don't agree to these conditions before the sale takes place, then neither has the right to complain about each other or the transaction over this list? Sound like a good idea? Steve Lashley SKL Enterprises Importing German Side Tents, Carver Propane Heaters, and Accessories for Eurovan, Vanagon and Bus http://members.aol.com/tentinfo |
