Jim,

  Has any work been done on your van lately?  When I had my oil cooler seal
replaced, they cracked one of the coolant lines into the oil cooler.  Started
leaking right where you described it.  You may want to check the two short
lines that connect to the oil cooler (the box where the oil filter mounts).
