MDB, I don't know what the solution to your problem is, but my advice is to not go anywhere until you have the gas leak fixed. I've read many stories on this site about vanagons burning to a crisp due to leaking fuel hoses. My suggestion is to get it fixed NOW! Bill 90 Westy Syncro Lake Tahoe
