Yup, our US 88 Wolfsburg Edition sure has seatbelts on the rear-facing "jump" seats.. They were standard parts - I haven't replaced them in about 4 years because we so infrequently use them since the kids are larger now, but they did hold both infant seats and the booster seats very well as they lock securely without extra parts. There were no shoulder harnesses at those seats, however...

If you need the part #'s I could get them for you - let me know.
