Subject: Wind noise

-- [ From: John Rodgers * EMC.Ver #2.5.02 ] --

My '88 GL is driving me crazy with the wind noise. As I pick up speed it starts. Some of it is coming from around the upper part of the front door, that portion around the window, some is coming from driver door upper right corner, and some from the sliding door.

The doors seem tight enough until you are on the road. Then it starts. If you pass very closse to a road rail of barrier it sounds as if the sliding door is actually open a bit.

I can't pinpoint any problems because all the doors seem to fit very tight.

Suggestions anyone?

Perplexed in Alabama

John Rodgers '88 GL Driver
