And how many failures did NASA have before it successfully launched its first satellite? So perhaps if they had spent a bit more time and money on the first rocket then their early success rate might have been much better.

Chuck Yeager called the Mercury 7 "Spam in a can." to quote another famous person from that time frame.

Never said it should. I just wanted to be very clear that if you are price shopping then you must make sure that the bid you get is for the *exact* same parts and labor. Otherwise the info you'll get is useless in trying to determine which is better than the other.

Just my 5 cents Canadian on this. :)
