would like to sell my 1980 VW Transporter...but don't know the best way to go about it. It's a right-hand drive camper with a huge Spacemaker pop-top. Any ideas? It's in Maryland. The engine is a 4 cylinder suitcase (90,000 miles - original). Not too much rust, just a couple of spots (was kept in a garage). Runs fine... but I can't get it to pass emissions without some expense, which is why I'm trying to sell it. It has a sink, stove, fridge, toilet (removable), various sizes of tables, 2 fold up captains chairs, shower- thing in the back, 4 speed manual, right hand drive, double bed in the bottom, one double and one single bed in the top, pull out canopy, map lights, fan, heat...I guess that's about it. apparently this is an UK conversion camper. i think it's carbed. any interest?? chris allentown, pa |
