In 1979 I slammed my BMW 2002 in to the back of a lady who had just changed lanes. To my surprise they found her 100% at fault because she was changing lanes. I wasn't about to protest. There are no winners in a accident though. They never did restore my BMW back to it's original condition. I was living in a relatively small town and they had to order parts from very far away.
