J C Whitney. Worked fine and used non-ferrous clips imbedded in the portion that grips (it was the rusting clips that made my original unsightly). I can't remember if the replacement was an exact (shape) match of the original seal. The replacement had a rubber tube-like section bonded to the part that clips.
