Darrell,

I didn't find it in a cross ref listing, just looked up the specs for the TI part and then looked for a close match from a manufacturer that I knew Digi-Key stocks. The National data sheet for the LMC6482 lists it as an improved substitute for the TI part. I hope it works out for y'all, and that nothing else is wrong with that ECU.
