---------------------- Hi Joel, I have had this problem since I changed the seal on the luggage rack. It can make a big racket up there if the wind catches it just right. Mine usually shows up going into a stiff head wind at interstate speed and then passing a truck just as I am over taking the cab. I don't see an easy way to tighten the seal. Someday I plan to make shorter front brackets, maybe adjustable, between the rack and the roof. I slit a heater hose length wise and put it over the seal as temporary fix. Darrell
