It's a thread on the German VW-Bus forum, which
vehicle has identical headlights as the
squares on a Vanagon. Another choice could be the
'85 Passat, but the H1 high beams are different.

This is the standard four-headlight system without
dual beams. Maybe you can change the square H4
dual beams against the Hella DE low beams, they are
bigger than the Bosch, but still smaller than
Vanagon H4. I will try to find sizes of the Hella.

Don't switch on high and low beams on a dual beam
headlight at same time. The bulb socket will melt
down in a short time.
