Sachs clutch?? If I remember correctly, this is a well documented problem with Sachs replacement clutches -- check the archives -- Mine chatters from a dead stop unless I finesse the pedal, and also after an extended high speed drive (i.e. when in line for a toll booth getting off the turnpike -- it's really bad then)
