Diesel volvos from the 80's used the 6cyl version of the VW diesel.
Could be had in both nat aspirated, TD and (Europe only) intercooled TD.


New Diesel volvos use the 140Hp 5 cyl TDI, but I haven't seen any of
those in the US.
