Hi Budd, I got both your messages. Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I blocked off my air vents in the summer and still had air comming in. I figured it was good for heat, but not when you want to run the AC. But now I'm wondering. Maybe there is cold air leaking into the heater box and into the Van before ever getting heated. The only way is if the box was removed and not sealed properly, or the cold air vents are leaking. Ether way I think I'm in for a dash removal project. That's not likly to happen any time soon. Thanks for your help. Eric
