I have a really nice source for brand new factory VW inline 4 cylinder motors
that go into Jettas, Golfs, or Diesel Vanagons.
All of these motors are factory new and come with a 6 month 6,000 mile
warranty.  I have been offering these for sale for a while now but the prices
just dropped on all of them.
The new prices are:
1.9 Turbo Diesel longblock with 1.6 intake ports (for putting 1.9l TD into the
diesel Vanagon)

1.9 Turbo Diesel Longblock (normal intake ports)
$1450
1.9 NA Diesel Longblock $1150
1.8 Gas CIS longblock (your choice of compression ratios 10:1 or 8.5:1)

1.8 Gas Difigant longblock (10:1 compression)

2.0 Gas Longblock (your choice of CIS or Difigant head) $1295

Shipping is going to be $125 at the most (could be less depending on where you
live).  There is no core on these motors they are outright prices.
Also the definition of Longblock is everything between the valve cover to the
oil pan but no accessories (alternator, compressor, oil flange, dipstick, etc.
You can get these off of the old motor).
I don't know how long these new prices will last.
