That's really weird. I was going to ask the list the same thing. I have an 87
Syncro GL Westy and it's doing running weird on me. It will run well sometimes
and then at times it will stall out on me as if I was running on 2,3,
cylinders. I shut if off and it will start and run fine. Makes one feel very
insecure driving.

What happens is:  example: Driving home this new years holiday it started
cutting out real bad so I pulled over and turned it off, let it sit for a
minute or two started it back up and did not have another problem all the
way home (until another trip) and the cycle continued. I guess what is
really bothering me is the intermittancy of this problem as well as a
almost "RESET" when I turn it off and then back on.

What do you guys think ? Any ideas ?
