Thanks to all for posting the info on E-code headlights. Helmut pointed out that $350 for a pair is rather expensive, given the cost of the lights and including shipping. Does anyone know of any vendors aside from PUMA who are selling the E-code headlights? Or is there anyone in that would be willing to endure the hassle of organizing a group purchase? (I'm thinking that I am not the only one who is interested.) I'd be willing to pledge my time and assistance if needed.
It is amusing to think of someone going up to the dealer and ordering some large amount of headlights. "Uh, well, you see, I drive on a gravel road, and my headlights are always getting broken... so I figured that I'd just keep a few spares on hand." <g> |
