Actually, one of the tricks we A2 owners use is to putting heavy rubber hose in the front motor mount. 100% improvement over worn out stock, and a hell of alot cheaper. (A2 Front motor mount = $110) -Dave '88 GTi 16v (with a REAL factory replacement front motor mount) '88 Vanagon GL Wolfsburg (with who knows what...)
