Dermal tools would be a bit yucky. The problem with this is that worm type clamps are not kind to fuel line, and if you know how to get the old hose out, you can reuse the collar. It is not crimped on. To remove the old hose: Get a pointy pocket knife, and use it to cut a lengthwise cut in the hose as far under the collar as possible. Then, kinda pry the hose out. It'll be a bit difficult to very difficult, depending on how much of the hose you cut. Then, once you have the hose out, simply press a new hose on. It will not come back off, provided it is of the right diameter. I know it looks like it couldn't possibly work, but it does. In fact, one of the lower end hose lines from Earls (a respected name in hose and fittings, despite the name) uses exactly this system to secure the hose. It's good for several hundred psi.
