You certainly have a full plate. I think that you've made an excellent decision for you and your family. I've only experienced this list for a couple of months, and it's my first experience with any list. It seems to me that being the administrator could take up a whole lot of your time, and that's when things are moving along smoothly. The nasty flare-ups would only make things even more difficult for someone like yourself who so generously donates their time. Good luck and thank you for your efforts.
