This is what I just have had done to my 87 Westy Syncro.... All OEM, new pilot bearing, throw-out bearing, main seal on engine side of bell housing, turned the flywheel, New Syncro clutch & disc, and new seals on the diffs shafts (1 input ,2 output, if you feel like it look at the seals on the drive shaft end also (Syncro only) drain & replaced diff fluid, check your CV's for new boots & repack w/ grease if over 70k and never done.... replace ALL Bolts, nuts, washers that are rusted or have hacked up heads, and ALL clips & gaskets you come in contact with... just like it says in the Bentley. Otherwise.... Knock yourself out... chrome everything.. including the wife & kids... Hope this helps Rob 87 Westy SyncroGL.....Cynosure 79k km Moonstone Ont. rountree@planeteer.com
