It does....I'm running 32 in front and 35 in rear. Since these are larger tires than the original 185R14's, I seem to be able to get away with a lower inflation pressure. Tire wear so far is perfect...ride is better and more stable than the 185's. Since my van is only a 7 passenger and not a Westphalia, I think it's still OK.
