Huh? The ports on the 1.9l Head are much bigger and D shaped. How can you un-machine material back on to the head to fit the smaller 1.6l manifolds?

More likely it's a 1.6l head on a 1.9l shortblock. They are interchangable. Only drawback is that the 1.6 has more restrictive passages and smaller valves.
