i'm using the 3.4liter incarnation of this engine and is so smoth runing that even though my rear engine mounts are almost shot, the engine has not killed itself yet(knock on wood)

oh yeah, and if any of you have heavier engines in your vanagons, for the engine mounts, use old cut up tires with steel plate between layers of tire... it works wonders for the response of the engine.

60-degree v-6's RULE!!! sorry had to put that in.
