Tim's been here since the begining of the list, and judged simply by signal-to-noise ratio is by far the most helpful, innovative and knowledgable person on the here.

He also is rather disturbed by all of the of the list vendors without prejudice. I disagree with him, but he's got every right to state his opinion.
