Subject: BA6 heater questions

Hoping we can get back to the subject of this list.....a question for anyone who has input, new, old, vendor, interested party, disinterested party, I don't care who.

Our gas heater is doing something strange, it lights off just fine, cycles and runs well for about ten to fifteen minutes, then the flame goes out, heat goes away, but the fuel pump keeps right on pumping. I've looked in the archives both here and at Type2 and can't find anyone with the same problem.

From what I see in Bentley it could be the flame switch (which if bad should shut off the fuel pump) or possibly the temp. regulation system. Any ideas?

P.S. I've already tried the Heaterman...his control modules sound interesting but $$$$. Does anyone have any experience with these controls?

Thanks in advance, Mark Sheflo 82 Westy
