Subject: Re: I am going to replace my pilot bearing - what else?

I recently had my clutch replaced and here are the parts that were replaced:

Clutch Throwout bearing Pilot bearing guide sleeve flywheel seal right side operating (cross) shaft bushing operating (cross) shaft

Interestingly, the mechanic showed me how the cross-shaft had worn unevenly causing the bearing to be pushed against the clutch at an angle - which eventually destroyed the bearing and clutch.

I also had the seal replaced where the shift linkage goes into the tranny, as this was showing leakage.
