I have a home server (which is serving http://www.vanagon.com/) and gigs of disk space. The problem is that I'm not familiar with any mailing list archiving software for Windows NT. If I could find some, I would be willing to do this.

Just so there's no confusion, David Marshall is currently running the list. Setting up an archive is a fairly independant thing, however.
