I do not want to replace my engine every year or so with a used, tired stressed out engine! I would like to do it once and have it last another 10 to 20 years...The orginal lasted for 10 years and would have lasted another 5. I just rebuilt it because the tranny went out and I did not want to mess with pulling the engine out later.

BTW I have a 73' 2L bus that goes over a 100 mph and the 2.1L engine is about 30 hp stronger than that one.
