Sorry about that. Hit the wrong key.

I have gotten my van running. I pulled the idle stabilizer out to check it. After running some tests using a multimeter, signel generator and logic probe. I found no obvious problems. I cleaned up the contacts and reinstalled the stabilizer. The rich mixture problem has disappeared. I think that one of the signals that the ECU and the idle stabilizer share was shorted to another line. I hope the problem doesn't come back.
