Charlie, the 1.9lTD heads have been machined to accept the 1.6l manifold. Not tottally clear on how they do this but I could get some more info for you if you want. The $1500 longblock is pretty bare not including the water pump, timing gears, belt, vaccum pump or even an oil dipstick. However I do sell this motor with an installation kit that includes the vacuum pump, oil dipstick and tube, oil filter flange, timing belt, intermediate shaft pulley, crank gear pulley with bolt and washer. The kit adds another $300 to the motor cost so it is $1800. If you put the 1.6l turbo setup on this motor it should put out some really nice power (one guy I talked to said 90 hp but I think this a little optimistic.) Shipping for this motor depends on where you live. On the East Coast it would be around $125-150. On the west coast it would be way cheaper ($35 if you are in California). Let me know if you are interested. Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16
