I've got two questions about gun racks on the rear hatch window in these vans. First is: is there some kind of locking mechanism on these racks to keep the gun(s) from falling out when you open the hatch? Second is: does anybody out there know the weapons laws in Oregon for having a gun in the car? I've heard that if it is in the trunk, then it is OK, and apparently it is OK for them to be in racks in PUs, but for vans, I've gotten many varied responses. One last question, what about transporting guns across state borders? All advice is appreciated (hopefully it will be some what more consistant than I've gotten some far). TIA
