Referencing the Audi-VW group 5 cylinder direct injection 140 horsepower TDI motor. They were installed in automobiles from 1995, 1996, 1997, and 1998 which are occasionally available in salvage yards of England, Ireland and all European countries. Several List members in those countries may be willing and able to make a workable connection for an interested US person. One

of our list members on the American continent has graciously

consented to include this search with his own auto parts search in an upcoming trip abroad. Top gear with the 6 speed in an A6 pulls nicely from 30 to 130 mph without shifting down from 6th gear. It is also astonishingly economical. John
