Granted, I'm taking a chance here; but, it doesn't sound like a bad idea. We
do have list members who benefit financially from it's operation....yes,
vendors. Now, before anyone freaks, I'm willing to give without a "prize,"
but a raffle would raise more money, more quickly. And anyone who chose to
contribute the raffle prize from their business looks to maintain and help
the growth of part of their customer base.

This is a suggestion; Not a demand. I'm not saying anyone needs to donate a
Syncro lift kit, or a Golf engine for a conversion, etc., nor am I
attempting to dictate any size or any source of the prize. Just an
observation that makes sense. If one of our business members wants to pick
this up, great. If not, no harm, no foul. If the list is considered a
non-profit organization, then such a contribution could be tax-deductible.

Anyone who has gotten really peeved by my message, please respond via pmail.
