Ron at Bus Depot has offered to make a sizeable donation if other members donations fall short of the target. I (Fast Forward and ABC Communications) am also willing to throw some into the pot to make things really sweet.

The thing is, and this is VERY important, we don't know what we need here. A few of us are working on some of the technical details and when we figure out what is choking Gerry we will make our recommendation to the list. Only then will I even remotely ask for donations.

If it comes down to donations, I can get the parts for Gerry at cost seeing how I am the manager of the Computer Division of ABC Communications Ltd. Those who do donate money will get a copy of the receipts spent on Gerry. I think part of the donations should go to the owner of ABC Communications, Bob Allen, who is letting me park Gerry on our T1 for free...
