Bill, Glad you had luck finding a new sink trap. But the battle has just begun. The old plastic fitting that screws to the metal strainer on the metal sink bowl can be a real pain to get off. Mine did not want to turn. I was almost ready to take my westy to a plumber. I finally used a hacksaw blade with one of those little handles. Then I carefully cut the plastic part until it split. Then finally, it did screw off. I had to be careful not to cut into the metal thread from the sink. Don't know why the thing was so stuck. I think the old plastic shrunk over the years. Good luck Harald 90 westy
