On the other side of the coin: Two years in a row I had to intervene as the Sh*ll Station hack struggled to open the hood on the FRONT of my Transporter so he could INSPECT the engine. Now I ask you; if the grease monkey does not know which end of my truck the engine is in, then how is he going to know the slant five Turbo is out of place?
