Well, Chris, it isn't that simple. Detlev's is not a Certified Smog Inspection Station so he can't pass anything. And don't think I am not apprehensive, although I did contact the State of California and a Jaguar shop that puts 350 Chevys into Jags before I went ahead with this. Everyone assured me that it was possible to do a conversion and be legal. Detlev is following the rules.
