Hey folks, I am new to the list and just aquired an '86 Sycro. All in all a good machine, but have noticed a mystery noise. Whenever I take my foot off the accellorator (slow down) or take it out of gear, I hear this dull, metallic rattling or rumbling towards the back engine/tranny area. Does anyone have any guesses as to what this might be? I was thinking U-joint, throw-out bearing, fly wheel.....????

I would appreciate any input as soon as possible, we are going to Calif. for the weekend (I'm in Utah).

Thanks again

Duane
