On our trip this summer, we used an Outback Oven. which is designed to be used over a camp stove for backpacking and such. Basically an aluminized fabric dome over the Teflon coated pan which comes with it. A thermometer sticks out of the top which never really worked very well. A diffuser plate goes on the stove top to deflect the flame around the sides under the dome and around the pan. We made some great pizzas with it. And brownies too! The system is a bit finicky but works. The company who makes it puts out a cook book and several packaged recipes. Got mine at Campmor when I worked there. Also seen at REI or most other backpacker oriented sport shops. Whole thing packs into the pan (round 9 inch?). Nat Seattle
