Tim - Don't worry about it!  When I lived in Florida, one could usually
bribe the dumb-assed jerks the State hired for their ill-fated
"inspection" program (which the good citizens of the State of Florida
FINALLY tossed) for about a 20-spot.

Seems this PRC (Peoples' Republic of California) threat of "how goes
California, goes the rest of America" has a REAL ring to it!  It's
actually "creeping" up on us and, unless we join together and fight it,
it will, eventually, engulf us!!!  As a ham radio operator, I've
actually talked to some of the captives out there, engulfed amongst the
Socialst Tribes and they are not  particularly pleased with what's going
on.

The Great Spirit of the folks of Tennessee is probably responsible for
our vast amount of freedom in this State to place whatever engines we
desire in whatever vehicles we desire, buy whatever firearms we choose,
NOT pay those STUPID State income taxes, return Tax Dudes to the
"private sector" and, generally, keep our Legislators in a perpetual
state of fear!!!  Hell, for those our bastards want to trash us, we just
vote them out of office!  Hell, these bastards are STILL family, BUT
they have to learn their place on the ole totem pole!  Hope you dudes
take the same track!!!

Let's just keep alive those "anti-social" thoughts of placing whatever
engine we can squeeze into the engine box of our VW Vans and tell the
purists/tree-huggers/nuts to "kiss our ass" IF they don't approve!
